Lee Harvey Oswald: Convenient Lies and Cover-Ups Continue

This article provides useful information about the framing of Lee Harvey Oswald, accused assassin of President John F. Kennedy, and why a cover-up took place.

The Cover-Up Continues

What does the ENCYCLOPEDIA BRITANNICA and WIKIPEDIA have in common? They have become the judge and jury of Lee Harvey Oswald, labeling Oswald "assassin" rather than "accused assassin."

Let's get one thing straight: IF a government disposes of its leader through assassination, and THAT government then conducts an investigation, the investigation will be dishonest.

Did you know that the new President, Lyndon Johnson, is known to have escaped a possible prison term by becoming President?  View the facts HERE:

Here are a few photos to further remind you of the kind, gentle new President:

And famously, LBJ's interaction with the winking Albert Thomas, a grieving Jackie Kennedy almost insensate at LBJ's side:

When President John F. Kennedy was assassinated, an investigation was immediately conducted by the FBI.  However, the Director of the FBI, John Edgar Hoover, who despised JFK and his brother Bobby, had declared that Lee Harvey Oswald was the ONLY suspect and the ONLY person involved in the assassination THE SAME DAY Kennedy was killed.  Here's Hoover's memo to that effect, written to his agents in Dallas who wanted to look into any other possibilities:

"Not necessary to cover as true subject located" -- signed Jn (John) H (Hoover).
The memo was signed before any evidence had reached FBI laboratories. What power Hoover had! With this single memo, all efforts to locate any other suspects ceased.

Hoover received his reward:  Lyndon Johnson made J. Edgar Hoover Director for Life, whereas Kennedy would have forced Hoover to retire at age 70.  Today, in the face of Hoover's overwhelming power, FBI Directors are limited to ten year terms.

Consider that the HSCA (a government-funded House Committee) declared, in its findings, that a conspiracy existed, though they still blamed Oswald as JFK's assassin.  But the HSCA was winding down and failed to look into that matter deeper. Nor did they castigate Hoover for his swift and outrageous shutdown of any investigation as to any other suspects.

Now, if a government kills its leader, that government will not be expected to conduct a fair investigation into the killing.  That's common sense.

The American people were immediately shown photos of Johnson being sworn in, legitimizing Johnson as the new President in  their eyes.  The stunned people knew that Lyndon B. Johnson, the new President, was the one who appointed the members of the Warren Commission, but they meekly accepted the lie that Johnson was SORRY that the event happened.  Look at this film and decide for yourself if the new President is really grief-stricken over the sudden violent, barbaric execution of his predecessor. LBJ had just 58 words to say, when he took over the country:

LBJ's Warren Commission was composed of Johnson's most trusted Congressional cronies and those with special interests in making sure the truth would never surface, such as Allen Dulles, described by Wikipedia thus, in its opening words:

Allen Welsh Dulles (April 7, 1893 – January 29, 1969) was an American diplomat, lawyer, banker, and public official..."

The next sentence in the article tells readers that Dulles was " the longest-serving (1953–1961) Director of Central Intelligence (de facto head of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency)..."

And guess who ended Dulles' career?

KENNEDY.

Yet here he is, the former head of the CIA

, appointed by Lyndon Johnson to 'investigate'

the assassination, with the express purpose of

verifying the FBI report conducted by Hoover

that was made within mere days of the

 assassination.  Wikipedia tells us:

"Although Dulles' involvement in

the Bay of Pigs endeavor gained

him enough ill repute to be fired

 from the CIA during Kennedy's

 administration, he didn't let this

 stifle his ambition. Somehow he

 found himself reinstated and was

allowed to serve on the commission

to investigate the murder of the

 very man who fired him."

(REF: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allen_Welsh_Dulles  accessed Jan. 4, 2013)

"Somehow" indeed! Who was better suited to

make certain that nobody connected with

Dulles' precious CIA would be linked to the

 assassination?

I have written elsewhere of the other members of

 the Warren Commission, what compromised

them, and how several of the more neutral

members were unhappy with the conclusions

 made by the Commission.

They should have been.

Here's a list of errors made by the Warren

Commission, as compiled by researcher Martin

Shackelford, a conservative researcher who, for

example, doesn't believe the Zapruder film was

 altered.    He writes:

Warren Commission Errors by Martin Shackelford (9-22-99)
At Work:

1. No staff of investigators; near-total dependence on information
gathered by others, while claiming to conduct "an independent
investigation." In its "Forward to the Report," it openly boasts that it
had the power to grant immunity, but never used it.
2. Too much emphasis on getting it over with, at the expense of leads
which even their own staff thought important, while claiming to conduct
a "thorough" investigation.
3. The decision not to request access to the autopsy photos and X-rays,
much less not to request evaluation by qualified forensic pathologists.
4. The decision not to question Jack Ruby away from Dallas.
5. The decision to assume Oswald's guilt at the outset, and the
adversarial attitude toward witnesses who didn't assume it.
6. The failure to aggressively pursue records held by less cooperative
agencies, like the military, the CIA, etc.
7. The decision not to make its evidence files available for study by
scholars, and instead to seal them until 2039, and the small printing
(5000) of the volumes of evidence that were released, with no allowance
for a second printing based on demand.
The Report:
The Narrative: How the Commission Wanted You to Look at the Evidence
1. Secret Service agent Clint Hill didn't push Mrs. Kennedy back into
the rear seat; she was returning to the seat before he reached her. (after she reached
a piece of her husband's head that went to the rear of the limo.)

2. Although they precisely indicated the location of the wound in the
front of the neck, all they said about the head wound was that it was "extensive,"
thus evading the Parkland doctors, reports that it was in the rear of
the head.

3. In a misleading statement, the body reportedly "was given a complete
pathological examination." From the standpoint of forensic pathology,
this is utterly false. Even from the standpoint of hospital pathology,
it is questionable.

4. It implies that the head wound described in the autopsy report
matches the descriptions from Parkland, when in fact it didn't even match most of
the descriptions by Bethesda personnel.

5. It ascribes accounts of shots from locations other than the Texas
School Book Depository to "evident confusion at the outset," and suggests that
the actual sole source, the Depository, was identified "within minutes." The
House Select Committee on Assassinations found witnesses and evidence
that supported a shot from the grassy knoll"some of them known to the
Warren Commission, but disregarded or subjected to hostile questioning.

6. "Several eyewitnesses," it said, reported a rifle being fired from
the Sixth Floor window. In fact, only one, Howard Brennan, reported seeing it
fire.

7. They report the suspect description broadcast by Dallas Police was
"based primarily on Brennan's observations," though it included details
Brennan could not have known.

8. They give Oswald extra time to get down the stairs, saying "Not more
than 2 minutes had elapsed since the shooting" when Officer Baker and
TSBD supervisor Roy Truly dashed up the stairs. In fact, no more than a
minute and a half, and possibly less, had elapsed by the time Officer
Baker confronted Oswald in the second floor lunchroom. This kind of
shading of facts in the direction of a conclusion resembles a
prosecutor,s brief more than the objective analysis claimed by the
Commission.

9. "On the bus was Mrs. Mary Bledsoe, one of Oswald's former landladies,
who immediately recognized him." They fail to note that she reported the
elbow of his shirt was "torn out," which wasn't accurate, and the bus
driver later suggested the passenger may not have been Oswald, but a
young man who was a regular on that run of the bus, Milton Jones.

10. They noted that Oswald took a cab, but omit that he offered it to a
woman who arrived after he did, as the narrative is slanted to suggest
Oswald was in a big hurry.

11. The narrative has Oswald talking with Officer Tippit through a car
window that was rolled up, not down.

12. Reporting that Domingo Benavides called the shooting in at 1:16,
they imply that this was done almost immediately, which wasn't the case.
The shooting could have occurred as early as 1:10, but that didn't leave
enough time for Oswald to get there from his rooming house.

13. Neutrally, we are told "The assailant ran into the lot, discarded
his jacket and then continued his flight west on Jefferson," but not
that no one had any success connecting the discarded jacket to Oswald.

14. In describing Oswald's teenage years, no mention is made of the fact
that his family was deeply enmeshed in the Marcello crime organization;
his uncle worked for Marcello, and his mother dated Marcello employees.
An odd man with Mob and intelligence connections, David Ferrie, headed
the unofficial Civil Air Patrol unit that Oswald joined. The "loner"
also belonged to an Astronomy Club.

15. The second description of Oswald as a "loner" comes in the summary
of his Marine career. Anyone who believes that should read his friend
Kerry Thornley's novel based on their time in the Marines, "The Idle
Warriors," or read the accounts of his Marine buddy Nelson Delgado. The
Commission account is fiction by selection.

16. He spent time overseas, we are told, "most of it in Japan." That's
all we learn about that unusual period, where he frequented the Queen
Bee, an expensive nightclub out of the price range of a simple Marine.
Also avoided is any mention of the Atsugi base at which he was
stationed, a center of both U-2 and MKULTRA CIA operations.

17. The Commission implies that Oswald could shoot well, and explains
his low rifle test scores as an indication that he wasn't interested in
them.

18. The highly unusual circumstances of his discharge are glossed over.
He was released to care for his mother, on whom several boxes had fallen
at work months before. It's true that she was injured, and had a
difficult time for a while, but she was doing better by the time he was
discharged, and he only spent three days with her before leaving for
Russia.

19. The Commission mentions the odd fact that Oswald applied for a
passport, saying he intended to go to Russia, before he left the
Marines. What is not said is that his superior officer. Lt. Ayers, was
aware of this, as he signed a form which included that intended
destination.

20. There is mention that he entered the Soviet Union via Finland, but
not that he somehow knew that Helsinki was the easiest entry point.

21. There is no mention that he told the U.S. embassy he intended to
give the Russians information he had learned in the Marines. Perhaps
this made it easier for them in not having to explain why the State
Department later loaned him money for his return.

22. His time in Russia is also quickly skipped over, thus no mention of
the circle of friends "the loner" developed there. His wife seems to
come out of nowhere.

23. In it's rush to emphasize the Dallas Russian-speaking community,s
dislike for Oswald, the Commission completely omits any mention of
George DeMohrenschildt, a worldly sophisticate who is often described as
"Oswald's best friend."

24. The Commission flatly states that Oswald tried to kill General Edwin
Walker, despite the fact that the bullet recovered from the scene was
not compatible with his rifle. It only "became compatible" after the
assassination, when it turned out to be a different kind of bullet than
Dallas Police had reported it to be in April.

25. We learn that Oswald returned to New Orleans,
  • but not that he returned to the milieu of the Marcello crime family.
  • We are also not told of the many employees of right-wing private detective Guy Banister
who remember Oswald as another Banister "employee"
  • or the students at Lousiana State University who recall seeing Banister and Oswald visiting
    the campus together,
  • or the editor of a CIA-supported newsletter on Central America
who reported seeing them on the street, and in Mancuso's
Restaurant (in the same building as Banister,s office. David Ferrie
    also worked with Banister.

26. We're told that he visited the Mexico City embassies of Cuba and the
Soviet Union,
  • but not that someone continued to pretend to be him after he left, in a call
    to one embassy.
  • One of the rumors the Commission doesn't debunk (or mention) is the
possible affair Oswald had with the Cuban embassy's Mexican secretary,
though in this case they had the documents reporting it. Not the sort of
thing a loner would do, apparently.

27. In mentioning that Oswald rented a room from Mary Bledsoe briefly,
it restates (again probably incorrectly) that she saw him on the bus after
the assassination.

28. Although the summary said Ruth Paine phoned the Texas School Book
Depository about a job for Oswald "at the suggestion of a neighbor," but
the neighbor had told her she didn't think they were hiring.

29. The Commission implies that Oswald had not visited his wife at the
Paine home on a Thursday, prior to November 21, but in fact this was his
second Thursday visit in the relatively short time he had been back in
Dallas.

30. The Commission says Oswald left "his wallet" with $170 for his wife
the morning of the assassination, but it wasn,t his wallet. He had put
money into HER wallet. His wallet was in his pocket at the time of his
arrest (a detail the narrative omits, presumably to avoid contradicting
itself). The falsehood adds to the picture of finality the Commission
seeks to paint. The reality is much less clearcut.

31. The Commission's Oswald placed "a long, bulky package" in the rear
of Buell Wesley Frazier's car, but neither Frazier nor his sister, who
also saw it, described it as long enough to carry even the disassembled
rifle, and it seemed light enough that Frazier, who had worked in a
department store, believed Oswald's statement that the package contained
curtain rods.

32. The Commission says Frazier saw Oswald carry the package into the
Depository, but that's not true. The only employee who actually saw
Oswald enter the building, Jack Dougherty, said Oswald wasn,' carrying
anything.

33. The Commission says that "positive firearm identification evidence
was not available at the time," failing to add that there was never a
ballistics match made between Oswald's pistol and the bullets fired at
Officer Tippit. Lamely, they report that the pistol was of a type that
could have fired the bullets.

34. Of details given the press by the Dallas Police, the Commission
dismissively stated: "Some of the information divulged was erroneous."
The same could be said of the Commission.

35. Jack Ruby, we learn, was in the crowd of newsmen shouting questions
at Oswald that Friday night. We aren't told that he knew more about
Oswald's political activities than did District Attorney Henry Wade, at
whom he shouted a correction. Of course, Ruby probably spent more time
in New Orleans than Wade, and he got his strippers from the Marcello
circuit there. Maybe he didn't need to rely on the news media for
information about Oswald.

36. We are told that numerous threats against Oswald were called in to
police. We aren't told that Officer Billy Grammar, who took one of the
calls, identified the caller as a familiar voice, Jack Ruby. He stalks
Oswald, he makes a phone threat, and then, on a "sudden impulse," he
shoots Oswald. What a coincidence!
The Conclusions: What The Narrative Was Preparing You to Believe
1. We hear again that "witnesses" saw a rifle being fired from the TSBD
window.
2. We're told that a bullet matching Oswald,s rifle was found at
Parkland Hospital on Governor Connally,s stretcher, but it was in fact
found on the stretcher of an injured little boy, Ronald Fuller,
according to the man who found it.
3. We have here the false claim that the Single Bullet Theory "is not
necessary to any essential findings of the Commission," though without
it a lone assassin would be impossible.
4. Though no one saw the Mannlicher-Carcano in Oswald,s possession
after he left New Orleans, the Commission informs us that it was "was
owned by and in the possession of Oswald" on the day of the
assassination. Producing evidence of this is apparently also "not
necessary to any essential findings."
5. Also on no evidence, we are told that "Oswald carried this rifle
into the Depository Building on the morning of November 22, 1963."
6. And we have only the word of Howard Brennan that "Oswald, at the
time of the assassination, was present at the window from which the
shots were fired."
7. We are told that "the improvised paper bag in which Oswald brought
the rifle to the Depository was found close by the window from which the
shots were fired." How unfortunate that none of the witnesses who saw
the bag Oswald actually carried recognized the bag reportedly found on
the Sixth Floor.
8. The claim that Oswald attempted to kill General Walker is here
repeated.
9. Oswald is convicted as Tippit,s killer, partly based on a match
between cartridge cases in evidence and Oswald's pistol, but the Officer
to whom the cases found at the scene had been given was unable to find
his initials in the cases matched to Oswald's pistol. Damningly, we are
told that Oswald owned the pistol that was found in his possession
(duh!). Then we,re again told the falsehood that "Oswald's jacket" was
found abandoned.
10. We are told that Oswald was given the opportunity to obtain
counsel. We aren't told that he asked for an ACLU attorney, and the
Dallas Police turned away an ACLU attorney, telling him that Oswald
didn,t want his assistance.
11. Oswald's opportunities to speak directly to the press in the
hallway of the Dallas Police Department are described as "harassment"
that shouldn,t have been permitted, as it failed to protect his rights
to an "orderly interrogation."
12. The Commission found no evidence of a conspiracy, because it
couldn't tie Oswald or Ruby to one or to each other, it said.
13. The Commission couldn,' figure out a motive for killing the
President, either, so it offered a list of possible "contributing
factors."
14. One of these is "His inability to enter into meaningful
relationships with people." At the time, people who had known Oswald
well were living in fear that they would be accused of being
accomplices. As time went on, we,ve learned about more of these
"meaningful relationships" he supposedly didn,t have.
15. The Walker shooting, now taken for granted as an Oswald act, is
used to show his "capacity for violence."
16. Apparently the Commission's finding "that the FBI took an unduly
restrictive view of its role in preventive intelligence work prior to
the assassination" is another way of saying the FBI failed to pass on
reports of Mob threats against Kennedy to the Secret Service" oops, the
FBI didn,t tell the Commission about them, either. They didn't really
come out until the late 1970s.
What we find is that the Commission's presentation of evidence was no more objective than the much criticized Oliver Stone film "JFK," but in a different direction. The narrative is slanted to support the conclusions, and the conclusions often rely on errors made in the narrative, and on statements for which there is no evidence, or evidence pointing in a different direction.

(from "Johnny, We Hardly Knew Ye")

Dave Powers:
"If the bullet that wounded the president was not the same bullet that wounded John. Connally, and I testified that it wasn't, and John Connally testified that it wasn't, then there would have had to be more than one assassin."

"I do not want to die. But I am not insane. I was framed to kill Oswald."
(to psychiatrist Werner Teuter, quoted in London Sunday Times, August
25, 1974)....

So when you read -- in the Britannica and in  Wikipedia-- that Lee Harvey Oswald was found to be the "Lone assassin" by three (sometimes they say four) government investigations, remember this one fact: WHAT ELSE COULD A GOVERNMENT, WHO TOOK OVER POWER BY KILLING ITS OWN LEADER, TELL THE PEOPLE?

The American Dream died with Kennedy on November 22, 1963.

Since then, America has become a nation that wages war across the globe.
never intending to actually win any of these wars, because they are not based on principles, but on obtaining money for the military-industrial complex.

When Congress votes to continue raising military spending, while cutting back essential government services for you, the American citizen, just remember it is YOU who have blindly accepted the 'fact' that Oswald killed Kennedy, when, in fact, Lee Harvey Oswald was framed for a murder for which our own government was ultimately responsible.

The government that pillaged Social Security and put every American into debt framed Oswald.

The government that conducted WAR ON CANCER, WAR ON DRUGS and WAR ON POVERTY made everything worse.  But WAR is their motif.

The government that lied about THE GULF OF TONKIN was led by Lyndon Johnson.

The government that brought you WATERGATE and forced the resignation of "tricky Dick" Nixon was handed to Nixon by Lyndon Johnson.

And Nixon gave us Gerald Ford--an appointed Vice President (because Nixon's Vice President, Spiro Agnew, was forced to resign due to his corruption!). teach your children that our government was taken over from within, and those who helped frame Oswald got their rewards: GERALD FORD, NEVER ELECTED AS VICE PRESIDENT, TOOK OVER THE PRESIDENCY FROM NIXON. Ford was a member of The Warren Commission.

Ford was the first and only President and vice President who was never elected to either position by the people.  Ford also later admitted that as a member of the Warren Commission, he altered evidence in the JFK murder case. What did he do?  FORD DELIBERATELY MOVED THE BULLET HOLE LOCATION IN KENNEDY'S BACK UP TO THE NECK TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE TO BELIEVE THE 'MAGIC BULLET' USED TO FRAME LEE OSWALD COULD HAVE EXITED THE NECK.

Amazingly, Wikipedia, which helps continue the cover-up with its editors, who immediately remove all corrections made in oswald's defense, says this about the moved bullet hole:

Read the truth HERE (with emphasis in bold face added):

"The signed autopsy sheet, including the placement and description of the back wound, was verified by Admiral George Gregory Burkley, personal physician to the president who directed the autopsy at Bathesda.
Burkley filled out and signed John F. Kennedy's official death certificate on November 23rd, 1963. He verified the location of the back wound and signed the Kennedy autopsy sheet at Bethesda on November 24th. That death certificate revealed the back wound to be, in the Admiral's own words, at the president's "third thoracic vertebra."The neck has seven CERVICAL vertebrae, and this observed and verified wound was described as three THORACIC vertebrae lower than the neck itself. A wound in the back, exactly where the official autopsy sheet and the coat and shirt placed it. Warren Commissioner Gerald Ford was one of the key people responsible for misleading the U.S. public about the facts of the JFK assassination. The single bullet theory and the lone assassin fiction are only possible if we believe Gerald Ford's terrible fiction."

Here's the location of the third thoracic vertebra:

It has been well-established that no bullet could have penetrated all the bony protuberances involved with the vertebrae in either back OR neck and yet emerge from the throat, as falsely claimed by the Warren Commission, to then hit John Connally and smash his rib, bones in his wrist, and leave a piece of bullet in his thigh, all the while emerging relatively pristine and unscathed.

The "Magic Bullet"

Mark Lane says:

We knew that Dr. Shaw, who is the physician who attended Governor Connally. The bullet was, of course, found about 2 o'clock in the afternoon, by Darrell Tomlinson, an engineer at the Parkland Hospital. But two and a half hours after that bullet was found, Dr Shaw was on television and he emerged from the operating room to say that the Governor was in rather good shape, that he's not in critical shape. He'll be all right. Described his wounds, and then concluded by saying that the bullet which did all of the damage is still in Governor Connally's left thigh. It is still there now; he has not yet removed it.

Yet the Commission would have us believe that the bullet which was found two and a half hours prior to this time was, in fact, the bullet which did the damage."

The Magic Bullet is a fairytale, and Gerald Ford told it to the American people.
But how else could the innocent Oswald be framed?  (Well, many other lies were also created.)
Overwhelming forensic evidence today proves that Kennedy's neck wound came from the front, but common sense can show anyone that this wound is in the BACK, not the NECK (the neck is to the left)

The Cabell Matter

CIA career photos of Cabell

General Charles Cabell, also CIA, was fired by Kennedy over the Bay of Pigs fiasco, as was Allen Dulles.  Charles Cabell's career was thus destroyed by JFK. On November 22, 1963, Kennedy was murdered in Dallas, where Charles Cabell's brother, Earle, was Mayor.  As a former long-time resident of Texas, including Dallas, I found it sinister, indeed, that Jackie Kennedy was handed RED ROSES in a state where THE YELLOW ROSE OF TEXAS is the usual bouquet, symbolizing the state's independence and its celebration of courageous womanhood. Jackie herself wondered that she was given red roses:

Everytime we got off the plane that day, three times they gave me the yellow roses of Texas. But in Dallas they gave me red roses. I thought how funny, red roses— so all the seat was full of blood and red roses."
- Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis

Jackie received red roses from Mrs. Earle Cabell:

Mrs. Lyndon Johnson, the soon-to-become First Lady, was the FIRST one honored with roses in  Dallas, in a betrayal of protocol.  The future First Lady was given a bouquet of yellow roses BEFORE Jackie Kennedy, who would be the outgoing First Lady, was given her bouquet of RED roses by Mrs. Earle Cabell. Think about that.

FBI AGENT DON ADAMS AND THE FRAMING OF LEE OSWALD

-----------------------------

THE WEB BANNER ABOVE COMES FROM THE WEBSITE ABOUT FBI AGENT DON ADAMS, WHO WROTE REPORTS CONCERNING THE KENNEDY ASSASSINATION. YOU NEED TO HEAR WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM!

THE INFORMATION BELOW COMES FROM THE WEBSITE SENT TO MY ATTENTION BY RESEARCHER EDGAR TATRO.

IT REITERATES WHAT ANYONE WITH BRAINS AND A DESIRE TO KNOW THE TRUTH -- AND A WILLINGNESS TO HONESTLY ASSESS THE TRUTH -- ALREADY KNOWS, OR SHOULD KNOW.

UNDERSTANDING THAT OSWALD WAS INNOCENT MEANS OUR COUNTRY ENDURED A COUP D'ETAT. WE STILL FEEL THE EFFECTS OF THAT ILLEGAL AND BLOODY EXECUTIVE ACTION TODAY. TO DEFEAT EVIL FORCES IN OUR GOVERNMENT --AND TO PRETEND THEY DO NOT EXIST IS JUST PLAIN SILLY -- WE MUST KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE ROOTS OF POWER OF THOSE WHO GOVERN US. THEN WE HAVE TO CLEAN UP THE MESS--FROM THE BOTTOM UP. STARTING WITH YOUR OWN HOME TOWN, PLEASE!

IT IS AMAZNG TO ME HOW MANY FBI, SECRET SERVICE AND CIA AGENTS HAVE COME FORTH AND PLAINLY STATED THAT LEE OSWALD WAS INNOCENT. SUCH AS IN THE ARTICLE BELOW....

YET WE HAVE SOMEONE OF THE CALIBER OF TOM HANKS WHO, I HAVE HEARD, PLANS TO MAKE A MINISERIES OR MOVIE SHOWING OSWALD AS THE SOLE ASSASSIN--FOR 2013, THE FIFTIETH ANNIVERSARY. HE WAS INFLUENCED BY MR. BUGLIOSI, WHO DISSED ME AND TRIVIALIZED ME AS A WITNESS--THOUGH HE NEVER MET ME. GOD KNOWS HOW HE TREATED/MISTREATED OTHERS.

WE NEED TO CONTACT TOM HANKS. I CAN'T FROM WHERE I AM LOCATED. WILL YOU?

BELOW IS INFORMATION TOM HANKS SHOULD READ.

AND SO SHOULD YOU!

JVB
Almost 50 years have gone by since President John Fitzgerald Kennedy was killed in Dallas, Texas, on Nov. 22, 1963. Yet, we are no closer to solving this murder today than we were back then.

We are beginning to elicit the truth, but that truth is being revealed in bits and pieces:

We KNOW that there were warnings that the President would be killed.
We KNOW that Lee Harvey Oswald did not shoot the President.
We KNOW that Oswald and Jack Ruby were associates.
We KNOW that the President was shot twice from the front.
We KNOW that there was no single “pristine” bullet that hit both the President and Texas Gov. John Connally.
We KNOW that a number of shots were fired from various positions around the Texas Book Depository.
We KNOW that four telephone calls were made to the Dallas Police, the FBI and to others in the early morning hours of Nov. 24, 1963, warning that Oswald would be killed when he was transferred to the County Jail.
We KNOW that lies were told to confuse the public and to hide the truth.

These few sentences may shock the average person who only read the headlines, who never dug into the details, who believed the Warren Commission Report. Many more facts have been uncovered in my research and are contained in my writings. Those facts will paint a different picture than what we have been led to believe happened.

There are very few people in the United States who have ever heard the name JOSEPH ADAMS MILTEER. Yet, on instructions of the FBI, Milteer’s name and documents detailing his ties to the Kennedy assassination were ordered to be stored in the National Archives and forgotten. Why?

Investigative information concerning Milteer was deliberately misplaced, destroyed or attributed to other persons. Why?

A comprehensive report written by FBI Special Agent Donald A. Adams was "hacked apart" and now does not exist in the National Archives, where most all papers concerning the Kennedy Assassination are stored. Why?

Only the one interview of Milteer by Special Agents Don Adams and Ken Williams exists in the archives. Why?

Where are all of the other documents prepared by Agent Adams? And why are they nowhere to be found?

The answers to those questions and many others are available now on two DVDs and will be examined in a soon-to-be-published book, “From an Office Building with a High-Powered Rifle,” by Donald A. Adams.

There are still so many unanswered questions and glaring inconsistencies about the Kennedy assassination.

After almost 50 years, isn’t it time for the truth to be known?

NOTE THAT WIKI ANSWERS, WHERE DISINFO ABOUT OSWALD HAS BEEN RAMPANT, HAS BEEN CHANGED TO THE TRUTH BY MY FRIEND J FITZ.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!

==LEE HARVEY OSWALD AND THE ITALIAN RIFLE==
WIKI Answers has been pervaded by official version propaganda, and one recent example was a question worded: What rifle did Lee Harvey oswald Use to Kill President Kennedy? The answer stated the usual--the talian rifle. It was twi sentences long. By singing up through ba friend, the two of us 'improved' the answer. I urge you to check WIKI Questions and Answers, and if you see a lie about Oswald there, as occurred in this case, that you write to me at voice4vindication@yahoo.com. JVB (SEE BELOW)

Controversy in the case resides in the fact that Oswald, and the rifle associated with the murder of JFK, cannot be decisively linked to each other. Lee Harvey Oswald indeed was accused of using a 6.5 x 52 mm Italian Carcano M91/38 bolt-action rifle, serial number C2766. And it is true that the rifle was sold as military surplus through Klein's Sporting Goods Company. However, records indicate that Oswald was at work at Jaggars-Chiles-Stovall at the time he supposedly mailed a money order and order form to obtain the rifle. Oswald kept a meticulous work sheet, accounting for what he was doing every fifteen mnutes or so. The order for the rifle was sent from a post office over 6 miles distant. Oswald's lunch period was too short to have made the trip there and back, as he had no car and bus service to there did not exist. Further, Oswald never left his workplace with others. The order was sent from Dallas to Chicago, IL but arrived, somehow, the very next day, even though it was not sent air mail. Atop that, the order was filled that same day and the rifle was shipped the same day --we are talking about some 24 hours of elapsed time between Dallas and the rifle getting shipped out-- a physical impossibility at the time.
The serial number of the money order form used shows it was issued late in 1963, not in 1962. The order form was also sloppily written, when Oswald, in fact, due to problems with dyslexia, always carefully printed out such forms. A second order form, for a revolver 'discovered' later, is carefully printed, as if forgers finally learned how to create a better forgery. Belief that the order form was manufactured to frame Oswald is also based on the fact that no box of cartridges was ever found in Oswald's possessions, and that only four bullets could be found. It implies that Oswald never fired the rifle before Nov. 22nd because he had no ammunition. Complicating the matter is the fact that several Dallas police officers originally found a MAUSER, not an Italian rifle, on the 6th floor. See the Youtube videos below: as so many others, the man who made this video "committed suicide." He was honored as Officer of the Year before he got in trouble for testifying, after which he found himself treated badly, and finally, out of a job with the Dallas police.

Roger Craig is attacked on the Internet by official version defenders, but look at the man and decide for yourself. Documents signed by the other officers present who saw the Mauser substantiate the truthfulness of Craig's testimony:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPIo8B...
and
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1AqqNK...

The Mauser vanished. Why? Was it because the casings found in "the sniper's nest" were from an Italian rifle and did not match the Mauser's bullets? You can see another rifle outlined in the video taken when the Mauser was photographed in the video.

Researcher Gil Jesus posted the following information at The Education Forum on Jan. 20,2010 listing reasons why the rifle attributed to Oswald was, in fact, a frame-up:

By Gil Jesus ( 2010 )

Reason #1: MORE THAN ONE 6.5 MANNLICHER-CARCANO RIFLE EXISTED WITH THE
SERIAL NUMBER C2766

The 40" rifle currently in evidence is not the only 6.5 Mannlicher-
Carcano with the serial number of C2766. On page 250 of his book,
Kennedy and Lincoln, the late Dr. John K. Lattimer said the following:

"In l974 and l975, my sons and I had conducted a series of experiments
using a 6.5 mm Mannlicher-Carcano carbine,
model 91-38, serial number C2766, equipped with an Ordinance Optics
Company four power telescope exactly like Oswald's."

http://i45.tinypic.com/2hmingh.jpg

But Lattimer's wasn't the only 6.5 Mannlicher Carcano with serial
number C2766.

Reason #2. KLEIN'S SPORTING GOODS BOUGHT MORE THAN ONE 6.5 ITALIAN
RIFLE WITH THE SERIAL NUMBER C2766

In volume 11, page 205 of the Warren Commission Hearings, Louis
Feldsott, president of Crescent Firearms, in a sworn affidavit to the
Commission, claimed that he was contacted by the FBI on the evening of
November 22, 1963. They requested that he check his files to see if he
had any records concerning the sale of an Italian-made 6.5 mm. rifle
with the serial number C2766. When he checked, he found that he had
records indicating the rifle was sold to Klein's Sporting Goods on
June 18, 1962. This information of the 6.5 rifle with the serial
number C2766, he said, was conveyed to the FBI on the evening of
November 22, 1963 and all records of the purchase, sale and
transportation of the weapon were given to the FBI.

http://www.history-matters.com/archiv......Vol11_0108a.htm

In their tracing of the shipping records of the C 2766 rifle, however,
the FBI makes no mention of the June 1962 sale. They cite, instead,
the February, 1963 sale of 100 rifles from the same dealer, Crescent
Firearms, to Klein's. In that shipment is a list of the rifles' serial
numbers. Included in the list is a 6.5 rifle serial number C 2766.

http://www.history-matters.com/archiv......Vol21_0361b.htm

But thanks to the affidavit of Louis Feldsott, we have evidence that
Klein's bought two C 2766 rifles from Crescent Firearms: one in June
1962 and the other in February 1963.

I'll get back to the June 1962 rifle later. Right now I'd like to
concentrate on the February, 1963 rifle.

Reason #3. THE FEBRUARY 1963 RIFLE SHIPMENT WAS FOR THE 36" RIFLE, NOT
THE 40" RIFLE.

The FBI traced the sale of the 40" C2766 rifle backward and claimed
that it was a part of a shipment of 100 rifles weighing 750 lbs. that
was sent to Klein's from Crescent Firearms in February, 1963.

But one researcher found evidence that the shipment was for 36" rifles
ONLY.

In researching for her excellent article on the Oswald rifle, JFK
assassination researcher Martha Moyer checked on wooden shipping
containers used in transporting weapons, and found that all the
containers weighed between 16 and 20 pounds. The 36-inch weapon
allegedly ordered by "Hidell" was advertised as weighing 5 1/2 pounds.
The total weight of 100 such weapons would be 550 pounds. Added to the
weight range of ten wooden shipping containers the result would be a
total of between 710 and 750 pounds.

The delivery receipt from Lifschultz Fast Freight listed the freight
as 10 crates/cartons of guns/rifles and listed the weight at 750 lbs.

http://www.history-matters.com/archiv......Vol21_0359a.htm

Had the shipment been of the 40" rifles, at 7 lbs. each, the total
weight including 160-200 lbs. for the crates would have been in the
860-900 lb. range.

Instead, the 750 lbs. consisted of 10 crates at 20 lbs each ( 200 )
and 100 rifles at 5.5 lbs. each ( 550 ) In other words, the shipment
received by Klein's in February, 1963 was indeed a shipment of 36-inch
weapons.

http://www.jfklancer.com/pdf/moyer.pdf

Reason #4. THE RIFLE "HIDELL" ORDERED WAS THE 36" RIFLE
Waldman Exhibit 8 is a copy of the order blank used by "A.Hidell " to
order the rifle from Klein's. On that order form, taken from the
February, 1963 edition of American Rifleman, one can see that Oswald
ordered catalog # C20-T750,

http://www.history-matters.com/archiv......Vol21_0364b.htm

which is the 36" rifle as advertised.

http://i46.tinypic.com/15p0k7k.jpg

One can also see that the 40" rifle had a different catalog number,
C20-750.

http://i45.tinypic.com/1z6gjnb.jpg

Reason #5. THE SHIPPING MANIFEST INDICATED THAT THE RIFLE THAT WAS
SHIPPED TO "HIDELL" WAS THE 36" RIFLE

Waldman Exhibit 7 is the copy of the shipping manifest that
accompanies the rifle when shipped. It clearly states that the catalog
number of the shipped item is C20-T750 and not C20-750.

http://www.history-matters.com/archiv......Vol21_0364a.htm

The ONLY difference in the catalog numbers is the difference between
the 36" rifle and the 40" rifle.

http://i45.tinypic.com/1z6gjnb.jpg

How important was the catalog number to the folks doing the shipping ?
William Waldman, VP of Klein's Sporting Goods, told the WC that the
catalog numbers for rifles ordered with scopes were different than for
the same rifle without a scope and that the different number described
"the rifle, scope and mount". ( 7 H 362-363 )

Reason #6. THE SHIPPING MANIFEST INDICATED THAT THE COST FOR SHIPPING
WAS FOR THE 36" RIFLE.

The shipping cost is noted in two places, where it says "PP=1.50" for
the cost of Parcel Post, and again in the handwritten column where it
says 150. This is exactly the amount sent by "Hidell" to ship the 36 "
rifle.

http://www.history-matters.com/archiv......Vol21_0364a.htm

Reason #7. KLEIN'S DIDN'T RUN OUT OF THE 36" RIFLE UNTIL NOVEMBER,
1963

Klein's 36-inch Italian "carbine" was advertised in Field and Stream
from January, 1962 through November, 1963.

http://www.jfklancer.com/pdf/moyer.pdf

Which means, folks, that Klein's hadn't run out of them at the time of
the "Hidell" order.

Reason # 8. KLEIN'S DIDN'T START SELLING THE 40" RIFLE UNTIL APRIL,
1963

No 40" Italian rifle was advertised by Klein's in The American
Rifleman magazine from October 1962 through February 1963. According
to assassination researcher/author and former detective Ian Griggs,
the 40" "carbine" began to be advertised in The American Rifleman in
April, 1963. Field and Stream did not begin advertising the 40-inch
Italian weapon until September, 1963. It was from the November issue
that Dallas Postal Inspector Harry Holmes submitted his exhibit # 2 as
a "duplicate" to the ad "Hidell" ordered from . ( 20 H 174 )

Many of the Warren Commission apologists contend that Klein's shipped
a 40" rifle in lieu of the advertised rifle because they had run out
of the 36's. But the evidence so far indicates otherwise. In order to
believe that the 40" rifle was shipped to "A. Hidell", you must
believe ALL of the following:

a.) That Klein's shipped a different rifle without notifying the
customer that the rifle he ordered was out of stock.
b.) That Klein's shipped a different rifle than ordered without giving
the customer the option of a refund.
c.) That Klein's shipped a different rifle than ordered and used the
wrong catalog number.
d.) That Klein's shipped a rifle that was 40% heavier for the same
price as the rifle ordered and absorbed any additional shipping
charges and
e.) That Klein's shipped a rifle that had not yet been advertised yet
for sale and continued to advertise a rifle that they no longer had.

In my opinion, that's quite a stretch.

Reason #9. KLEIN'S NEVER MOUNTED SCOPES ON THE 40 " RIFLE

The Klein's employee who originated the idea of mounting a scope on
the rifle was Mitchell Westra. He told the House Select Committee on
Assassinations (HSCA) that Klein's only mounted the scope on the 36
inch MC. (HSCA interview of Westra 2/20/78)

The man who actually mounted the scopes for Klein's was William Sharp,
their in-house gunsmith. He confirmed what Westra testified to: the
package deal with the scope and MC rifle was used by Klein's to market
the 36 inch MC. (HSCA interview of Sharp, 2/21/78)

http://www.ctka.net/2008/von_pein.html

In addition, FBI expert Robert Frazier testified to the WC that in
order to ascertain whether or not Klein's mounted the scope on the
rifle, the FBI asked them to supply a duplicate rifle with a scope and
then had to tell Klein's where on the frame to mount the scope.

Mr. FRAZIER. We contacted the firm, Klein's Sporting Goods in Chicago,
and asked them concerning this matter to provide us with a similar
rifle mounted in the way in which they normally mount scopes of this
type on these rifles, and forward the rifle to us for examination. In
this connection, WE DID INFORM THEM THAT THE SCOPE SHOULD BE IN
APPROXIMATELY THIS POSITION ON THE FRAME OF THE WEAPON.

Mr. EISENBERG. Pardon me, Mr. Frazier. When you say "this position,"
so that the record is clear could you--

Mr. FRAZIER. Oh, yes; in the position in which it now is,
approximately three-eighths of an inch to the rear of the receiver
ring.
( 3 H 396 )

So the FBI told Klein's what "position on the frame" "the scope should
be in". Information that Klein's would not have needed had they
normally mounted "scopes of this type on these rifles".

It's clear from their ads that Klein's was offering the 40" rifle with
a scope. But the evidence indicates that the scopes were not mounted
"in-house".

Reason #10. THE SLING MOUNTS ON THE "BACKYARD" RIFLE ARE NOT THE SAME
AS THE SLING MOUNTS ON THE DEPOSITORY CARCANO

If the rifle depicted in the famous "backyard photographs" is the
rifle that "A.Hidell" ordered, then the rifle removed from the Texas
School Book Depository is not. The reason is that the rifle in CE 134
( an enlargement of CE 133-A ) shows a rifle with a front bottom sling
mount, whereas the rifle removed from the Depository is a rifle with
side sling mounts.

This list of evidentiary comments by Gil Jesus was Posted at http://educationforum.ipbhost.com/index.php?s=7014426ac28cba9212a766f803318374&showtopic=15318&pid=181317&start=0&#entry181317

Marina Oswald, Oswald's wife, at first denied that Oswald owned a rifle. Sequestered and kept incommunicado from the public by the Secret Service, this Russian citizen feared deportation and had a new baby only six weeks old, plus a little toddler born in Russia. If deported, the American-born baby might well have remained behind in the USA. Marina, alone and isolated, soon said Oswald owned a rifle. Later, she said she saw him firing it at leaves. At one point, she said he buried it in the ground to hide it on two occasions. Next, she said he fired at general Walker in Dallas, though the bullet found there was steel-jacketed. Though it could fit the 'killer rifle' it was incorrect ammo and might have jammed in the rifle. te bullet did not match any of the casings found in the TSBD. Though some seven months had passed with no leads in the case, Oswald was charged within a day of is arrest of also attempting to kill Walker. He denied all charges. despite Oswald's denials, the Warren Commission concluded that Oswald sought fame as the reason for killing Kennedy. Interestingly, Walker and Kennedy were ideological enemies, poar opposites politically. Marina oswald's testimony regarding the walker incident had to be discarded because she also mentioned that she locked Oswald in the bathroom to try to stop him from going out to try to kill a non-present Richard Nixon, who was not in dallas that day. Also, bathroom doors do not lock from the outside. Only portions of Marina Oswald's story that the Warren Commission found believable to them -- concerning Walker-- were therefore used, even though a witness tstified that he saw more thanone person at the Walker crime scene that night.

Still later, Marina said Oswald sat on a porch in full view of Magazine Street, New Orleans, dry-firing the rifle for hours. She said he cleaned it with "pipe cleaners." In the end, when shown the rifle, she said she could not identify it. Witness Judyth Vary Baker stated Oswald knew enough about rifles that he would never have ordered a cheap rifle, sight unseen, that had the reputation the Carcano had. Oswald was linked to the rifle by a fake ID card with the name A Hidell. But we now know that other persons also used this fake name. They were all associated with the CIA.
Oswald's links to the CIA are now well-known, since the ARRB forced the release of thousands of new pages of evidence. However, many hundreds of thousands of documents remain censored and hidden. The official versions as supported on some websites focus on the evidence provided by the Warren Commission and are rarely updated to include evidence released since that casts doubts on the conclusion reached by the Warren Commisson, which based its conclusions largely on information collected by the FBI, CIA and Dallas police, though witnesses also gave information and evidence in abundance to te Cmmission.
Interestingly, the Italian rifle was supposed to have been kept in Ruth Paine's garage for several months wrapped in a blanket on a concrete floor where there was a lot of sawdust. No sawdust can be seen on the blanket, however, that was photographed. Ruth Paine's home is where Marina Oswald stayed -- her husband, Lee Oswald, lived in a boarding house much closer to Dallas. How the rifle got into the garage can only be imagined, as Oswald was known not to have it on his peson when he arrived, by himself, later, after a trip to Mexico City involving only two suitcases and a small bag, none large enough to hold the rifle even if disassembled.

We do know that Ruth Paine drove the car containing Oswald famly belongings from New Orleans, along with Marina and her baughter June, to the Paine house in irving, Texas in early September, 1963, supposedly also including the rifle, but the Paines and Marina claimed they never saw it. This is the rifle that was supposed to have been brought by Oswald into the TSBD the day of the assassination, Nov. 22, 1963, but nobody saw it brought in, and a witness, Wesley B. Frazier, stated that a small package too short to hold a rifle was the only one he saw with Oswald that day. He had driven Oswald to work that morning.

A large paper bag that was described as the bag that held the rifle was never photographed at the crime scene. It was indicated with dotted lines on photos later. This paper bag, supposedly 'found' at the sniper's nest (though never photographed there, despite dozens of photos taken that day by officer Studebaker) was analyzed as having come from paper cut from a roll at the TSBD, but no gun pressure marks were on the bag, nor were there proper fold marks, though the bag was far too large to have been sneaked out to take to the Paine garage without being otherwise noticed. The bag was almost pristine, as if it had never had the rifle carried inside it. Also, no gun oil was found inside the bag, although the rifle was described as "well oiled." A few fibers of blanket were supposedly found inside the bag, that could have proven the rifle had been wrapped in the blanket, but the rifle itself did not have a single blanket fibre on its surface. If the blanket had held the rifle, as claimed, the rifle would have had hundreds of blanket fibres sticking to its varous surfaces. There were none.
A palmprint was announced publically as found inside a part of the unassembled rifle by the Dallas police ONLY AFTER it was returned to them by the FBI, which had found NO fingerprints or palmprints on the rifle whatsoever, though there is no doubt that the FBI had the best forensic crime laboratory in the nation at the time. The Dallas police were better: they now said they had formerly found a partial palmprint, and also a partial print on the trigger guard. They said they knew of this before the rfle went to the FBI, and that their scotch tape had removed the latent prints. However, they did not announce any of these prints as in existence until after Oswald was shot and killed, even though much other false information was released to the public, such as a statement that a map showing Oswald's plans to murder Kennedy had been found. This turned out to be a lie, which has now been all but forgotten.
Another lie involved telling the public that Oswald, the purported killer, coldly and evilly ate a chicken dinner and drank a soft drink whle waiting for the motorcade. People wanted Oswald's stomach pumped to prove he had done this, but this lie, too, faded away when it was found that a black man had eaten the meal there only fifteen minutes before Kennedy was shot, leaving the bag at the so-called sniper's nest.
Since there was then not enough time for Oswald to have eaten any lunch, as the black man would have seen him there, the chicken lunch story vanished. but between selecting ugly photos of Oswald for newspapers (he looks much better on film), and telling these stories that had to enrage the public, Oswald was immediately considered guilty by the public--it was set in their heads from all that they had been told, true or not.
Concerning the fingerprints, it was later learned that a funeral director stated that the FBI came to the mortuary and took palmprints and fingerprints from Oswald's dead body, and that he had to clean up after them. He said the FBI were there for hours. Only after that were the prints announced to the public and described as having been found on the rifle.
As for the paper sack that supposedly held the rifle when it was 'sneaked' into the TSBD bulding, the employee in charge of the rolls of paper --used to wrap book cartons--that supposedly supplied the material for the bag, said he never left his area and denied that Oswald ever took any of the paper. However, we have a second bag, as Dallas police ARE on record as having made a 'duplicate' of the bag, as the 'original' was messed up with fingerprint detecting solution. In other words, the only people to have certainly obtained such paper from the paper roll were the Dallas police.
The blanket that supposedly held this rifle was found to have "Oswald's pubic hairs" on it. When examined, the pubic hairs shown in official photos have no bulbs. That is, they are 'cut' hairs. We have to imagine Oswald sitting on the blanket and shaving or cutting with scissors at his pubic area to get the hairs on the blanket! For some time, Oswald was covertly accused of perhaps being a homosexual because autopsy photos showed that his public area was entirely shaved off, but records have now been made public showing the Dallas police shaved his entire pubic area (how humiliating). The police record shows that Oswald's pubic area, chest, and arms were shaved by police to get 'samples.' These 'samples' existed BEFORE the blanket's "Oswald pubic hairs" were 'found.'
Troubling is the fact that a paraffin test for nitrates was also administered to Oswald, with distressing results for a case against him. Those who say paraffin tests are 'no good' for 'proving' that somebody fired a gun or rifle must ask also, "Why, then, did the Dallas police use the test on Oswald?"
The paraffin test, still used today all over the world, showed nitrates on Oswald's hands. This was reported to the public, and the public was told that Oswald had 'fired a gun' without explaining that there were no traces of nitrates on Oswald's cheeks. A rifle such as the Carcano must be held close to the cheek to line it properly for aiming and firing. The rifle was notorious for emitting a lot of nitrates that would have plastered Oswald's face with the residue. The fact is that the public was not told that the paraffin test was negative on Oswald's cheeks and that it was positive that he 'fired a gun' because of residues on his hands (which also can come from handling books -- Oswald's job at the Book Depository). These misleading statements were unconscionable. Boxes stacked at the "sniper's nest" were found to have Oswald's palmprints on several, but he moved boxes there as part of his work. Interestingly, the only unidentified fingerprint was identified only in this century by a certified and experienced fingerprint expert as belonging to Malcolm Wallace, a friend of Vice President Lyndon Johnson who had been charged and found guilty of murder (but Lyndon's influence resulted in a suspended sentence for Wallace-- this was the state of affairs in a corrupt Texas in the mid-20th century). Fingerprints last only a very sort time on cardboard boxes such as were in the sniper's nest, s we must ask ourselves what was Wallace doing there?

Wallace has been linked to several assassinations for corrupt friends of Johnson. He was indicated as having murdered at least one other person who was a threat to Johnson. You can access The Men Who Killed Kennedy series (TMWKK) numbers 7-8-9 (The Smoking Guns, The Love Affair-Baker, and The Guilty Men) to see the banned History Channel documentaries that show the viewer Malcolm Wallace's murderous role, and other unsettling facts, that have been banned by the US media since 2003.

Oswald, also accused of killing Officer Tippit withthe other firearm he supposedly ordered from Kleins later (tough both wepaons supposedly arrived in Ossald's post office box THE SAME DAY-- and by the way, the post office 'lost' the pickup receipt that wuld prove it was Oswald who picked up the packages--though they were supposed to hold on to them for some two years.)...You can view eye-opening information about Oswald's ablity to reach Tippit's location in time to kill Tippit HERE:

"Did Oswald have time to make it to the Tippit murder scene ?"
Thanks to the Internet, we have information available that casts doubt on Lee Harvey Oswald as Kennedy's killer. There is every indication that the question, as worded,
"What kind of rifle did Lee Harvey Oswald use to kill President Kennedy?"
is yet another way to influence readers to assume that Oswald killed Kennedy, when in fact, we cannot link the rifle directly to Oswald due to evidence that cannot stand the scrutiny of time with the information we now have. And we have not even mentioned "the Magic Bullet" or the fact the the Zapruder film has been substantially altered. We now know, thanks to the research of Doug Horne, who was an appointed member of the ARRB created by Congress, that the Zapruder film, when blown up to high pixel counts, shows that the back of Kennedy's head was painted in black. Yes, painted in black! Right on the film! This hides the explosion of blood and brains that came from the back of Kennedy's head when he was struck by a bullet from the Grassy Knoll. Oswald's building was located behind Kennedy's car, not in front of it. Horne's testimony and much more information about how oswald was framed for this murder can be found at Black Op radio in a broadcast available for free on the Internet in late 2009.
